50g Yeast 150+75 g butter 500 ml milk 1.5+1 dl sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cardamom 15 dl flour 1-2 tbsp cinnamon 1 egg 1 dl sliced almonds 1. Set up the sheets. 2. Break yeast into bowl. 3. Melt 150 g butter in pan and add milk. Heat to 37 celcius and stir. Pour in 1.5 dl sugar, salt and cardamom. 4. Add 12 dl flour to yeast. Pour milk mixture into the bowl. Mix 5. Add flour until shiny. 6. Place dough in bowl to rise under towel 30-40 minutes. 7. Punch dough down in bowl. Place on floured surface. Knead until not sticky. 8. Divide into 3 pieces. Roll each to 1-2 cm thick. 9. Spread butter, and cinnamon sugar (75 g butter, 1 dl sugar, 1-2 tbsp cinnamon). 10. Roll up the dough. Slice 3 cm thick. Place in papers. 11. Let rise 30-40 minutes. 12. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle on sliced almonds. Bake 250 celcius.
